Stayed here while visiting relatives in Negros. Enjoyed it immensely. Staff are very kind, accommodating and they go out of your way to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, well kept and the bed was pretty comfy too. The hotel is literally IN SM Bacolod meaning you can leave the hotel and enter the mall as you please. And the finally the value for money is extremely hard to beat. Highly recommend. Be aware, kind and considerate of the staff that work here please, they do an amazing job.

For a new hotel the rooms had a lot of wear and tear on them. Marks on the walls and furniture. You do not control the temperature in the room. You set the thermostat and then it changes back to what their in house "engineers" default it to. They even admitted this by accident in a round about way saying their maintenance could see it remotely. After a room change to supposedly fix the problem on the second night it worked for two hours in the second room instead of 5 minutes and then right back to their same old games. They knew I was watching the thermostat because the manager came with me and watched it reset in our first room. They programmed it to wait longer in the second room. They don't want to spend money on air conditioning. Not only was I, an American, sweating on top of all my covers in BOTH rooms.... My Filipino friend who was always cold on my whole 3 week trip (only at this hotel for 3 days) even when I was mildly comfortable was complaining about both rooms being too hot with the air conditioning on full. They were sweating also. Because it worked.... but only for 10 minutes and reset back to 23 degrees celsius ( 73.4 fahrenheit) from the 21.5 degrees celsius (70.7 fahrenheit). So MAYBE "some" locals will be comfortable but I can't imagine any foreigners being comfortable in this hotel that is not giving you what you pay for. The shower is made of tiles that are much more slippery than what should be considered normally safe. The swimming pool area has loose wobbling tiles / stones all around the pool area. Their surface is Extremely slippery when wet and only walking. This is poor decision making on materials for the pool environment. The worst pool I've ever been around with respect to slip hazard and the tiles are on the whole outside area around the pool not just within a few feet of the pool. Food was fine from the in house restaurant but no where near Radisson nice. Food staff were friendly. Hotel desk staff was nice but like everywhere in the Philippines when you have a problem like we had all you get is Sorry Sir Sorry Sir Sorry Sir and absolutely noting is done to correct the problem hence the sauna rooms that you sleep in. If you are a mall rat then the connection to SM Mall is great. I was a day late arriving due to Philippine Airlines being a typical airline and I did not ask for a refund of a night nor would I expect it. I would absolutely NEVER stay in this hotel again even if Radisson offered me a free stay. Not even a free week and yes I'll be back to Bacolod for a third visit and more but this place is not happening ever again. If you see an apology here from the hotel to make it right you can rest assured they have absolutely no intentions of making anything right since they already scammed me by moving me to a new room under false pretenses.

This was somewhat of an extravagant hotel booking for me, it was also the second hotel I've stayed at in Bacolod City and I've now been to Bacolod six times and I love it. I'm an Australian, from Melbourne; I arrived in Bacolod on the 1st of December and departed on the 27th of December 2023 to visit my partner and daughter and to spend time with them during Christmas. I'd like to point out that I vlog, I'm a foodie & critic and I review restaurants, hotels and attractions around Australia and the world. I'm impressed with the service and amenities provided at this hotel, including the large swimming & kids pool along with a poolside bar, 24/7 room service, also known as In 'Room Dining' and of course the decent range of TV channels (HBO being my favourite) and the ability to view my hotel/Arima restaurant charges via the in room TV, and the ability to view the room service menu also via the TV... The television is certainly a one stop shop. I was also happy with the hotel's policy of allowing 4 pillows for free, with each additional pillow only P100 one time, rather than an over night charge, however I am disappointed in the hotel's expensive second bed policy, P1800 is almost the cost of a hotel room at most hotels, maybe if it was a one time charge but not per night, that's outrageous, especially if the second bed is for a child, not an adult... after all, the room policy allows two adults and two children. I'd like to point out the honesty of the hotels 'house keeping' staff, I mistakenly left & forgotten 15k in my pants and while it was taken away for washing, Tina & Red, both house keeping staff returned the money to my room with a note to let me know where they found it... The honesty and integrity of these staff is invaluable and must be retained at all cost, because I have seen many dishonest staff at other hotels across the world... I know a good apple when I see one. :) I'd also like to point out the exceptional and extremely proactive & impressive service of some Arima/hotel staff... Karlo was one that provided great service and he even let me know when he's shift is about to end and he provided last minute service before he would leave, this is exceptional and he should be credited for going above and beyond and providing service rather than looking at the time when he's due to go home. This is what I call 'personal service' rather than having to deal with 5 different people during one meal session. I'd also like to give credit to Marian and Tim, both great and friendly staff, they attended to my requirements, fast & without delay and their attention to detail, their response time and their alertness to my presence was perfect. Once again, the honesty & integrity of the staff named is invaluable and Park Inn by Radisson must ensure this quality is maintained at all cost, because these people I've named will be the result upon my return to your hotel. Although I am impressed with the great service provided, I however would like to see the security guards at this hotel provided with better amenities, including a seat and/or bench. This would certainly give me and my fellow travellers comfort... And when I say comfort, I mean by providing the security guards at the entrances of the hotel with a booth and a seat/stall, or even the potential of the external security guard to spend their time on the inside of the door, rather than the outside. I believe we are all equal, regardless of my wealth or status, I believe the health & wellbeing of your security guards and other employees are extremely important and when I see a security guard standing for hours, it gives me discomfort knowing that people are mistreated or disadvantaged, just because of where they were born, their work or the trouble they may have faced in life, we must support them and give them a helping hand and I ask Park Inn by Radisson to correct this mistake and lead the way with better working conditions, even if other hotels or shopping centres don't care, don't follow in their foot step - be the change, for good.

It was a comfortable stay for a conference. With easy access to SMX Bacolod, you can never go wrong if you choose to stay in this hotel. Equipped with amenities such as the pool, veranda and co-working space with outlet that would surely enable you to do your work. Their superior room is spacious with comfortable pillows and linens. Also commending their complimentary breakfast, which is superb with lots of options to choose from.

Things i love: comfy bed and pillow, steam iron with stand, fast internet connection, and breakfast buffet. Things I didn’t like: Location of cabinet is quite inconvenient for me, bathroom needs some maintenance (loose sink, weird toilet smell), bathroom slippers are too thin, no bottled water given (though there are water dispensers at the end of the corridors) and toiletries are not packed individually (dispensable bottles were only provided). Staff at the reception desks were very warm and accommodating but they need to add more since they cannot keep track/have an updated list of all their bookings.

It's connected to the SM Supermall and you can walk straight into the main floor from the hotel lobby so that's convenient.

Walls are super thin, they don't guarantee a bed type and of our group of 11 rooms only 1 got a king bed that we requested; the other rooms were two singles which sucked. All beds hard as rocks. No soundproofing, lots of noise issues. A/C useless.
